The villas offer a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor is conceived as an open, social environment, integrating living, dining, and kitchen spaces alongside functional elements such as a guest powder room and private garage. Above, the first floor accommodates the private realm, with a principal suite and two additional bedrooms, while the rooftop level introduces a dedicated solarium and jacuzzi, creating an elevated retreat with expansive views.
