A luxury serviced apartment in a leafy area of London
Our client developed a new property with 16 serviced apartments and we designed the interiors around a minimalist Italian aesthetic, as well as developing a hospitality feeling to the bedroom and bathroom.
We designed the bespoke headboard and built-in wardrobes in a dark oak veneer. They were designed by Italian suppliers who also provided the specifications for other special pieces.
Italian design inspiration
Italian marble was specified for the bathrooms and sanitary ware was sourced from the clients existing suppliers. We often will use a wide variety of suppliers, some more lux and other at lower price-points to balance out the budget, particularly for our developer clients. We were asked to source the artwork and all of the lighting and interior furnishings.
Warm wood floors with an interesting mix of kitchen tiles and floor boards, Italian simplicity and contemporary clean lines make this a very welcoming and comfortable serviced apartment.
