FIG has just won two International Property Awards for ‘Best Mixed Use Kent’ & ‘Best Mixed Use UK’
Fusion Interiors Group (FIG) has won two awards for ‘Best Mixed Use Interior United Kingdom’, as well as for ‘Best Mixed Use Interior Kent’ for Bromley Old Town Hall, in the 30th UK Property Awards, part of International Property Awards. We are over the moon about the double win and look forward to hearing if we win the next European stage in 2024!
The recently completed Bromley Old Town Hall, is a Grade II listed building that underwent meticulous restoration. Originally constructed in the 1890’s with a courthouse and prison cells, an additional section was added in the 1930’s to expand its function as a Town Hall. Today, the Dorothy & Marshall restaurant and Brama boutique hotel occupy the building along with Clockwise offices and meeting rooms. The project owned by Castleforge Partners, was led by Anthony Sadeghi from E2 Management Consulting, who oversaw the full team including WFC Contractors, Cartwright Pickard Architects, Nulty Lighting, Core Five LLP, Elegant Clutter Art Consultants, Bureau Procurement Agents, and of course FIG as the Interior Designers on the whole project. As storytellers we brought the history of the building to life with references to its two eras as well as some of the very famous and extraordinary people who lived in Bromley. We worked with a large consultancy team, and worked with listed building planning consultants to ensure this project was of the highest quality.
