IMAGES REVEALED OF BOUTIQUE BROMLEY HOTEL

The first images of a boutique hotel opening in Bromley have been revealed.
Brama – which is set to welcome guests in time for the summer – will comprise 23 rooms.
It is part of the major renovation of Bromley Old Town Hall following its addition to the Heritage at Risk register in 2009, bringing a “new lease of life” to the historical building and surrounding area.
The Old Town Hall officially opened in 1907 and has since played host to the wedding of David Bowie and would have provided shelter in the event of a nuclear fallout during WWII.
Brama joins flexible workspace by Clockwise and all-day restaurant Dorothy and Marshall.

The return of Bromley Old Town Hall is being driven by Alexandra Livesey, managing director of Brama and chief operating officer of Clockwise.
She said: “Bromley Old Town Hall has such a rich heritage, we discovered amazing architectural details, which we’ve worked tirelessly to restore carefully and sensitively while introducing practical modern elements.
“We wanted to bring the building back to life, position it once again as a space for the community and local area while welcoming guests from further afield to show all that Bromley has to offer.
“The opening of Brama hotel as part of this mixed-use scheme is an exciting addition and there’s nothing else like it in the area.”
