FIG Investments is a branch of FIG Global Studio that will be focusing solely on owning and in investing hotels and resorts globally.
Our development team is made up of Philip Charamboulous, Paul Lockhart and Hilary Lancaster.
We are currently in the process of acquiring properties or land in key locations teaming up with high profile operators and brands as well as creating our own innovative brand.

Collaboration with our development partners is key and we know how to get 100% out of our relationships by working with only the best organisations out there. At FIG Investments, we are involved in the development process from beginning to end. We identify and assemble sites, design and develop masterplans, obtain planning permission, finance and along with our construction partners we control and manage the whole construction process. Within the FIG structure we also provide funding, master-planning, architecture, interior design and branding. We are also open to working with other consultants and have a strong pool of partners with specific expertise depending on the location or development type.
Sustainable placemaking
We understand the value in place branding and the need for effective placemaking from a development’s earliest stages such as the naming of a place to executing mean-while use and temporary site activation. Long term, sustainable development is also a fundamental part of what we strive to achieve. We take our social responsibility as a developer and Landlord seriously and we continue to push the boundaries in order to create greener, more sustainable places for people to enjoy.

A solid team with a total of 75 years of property expertise
Phillip Charambolous, Paul Lockhart and Hilary Lancaster are the founders of FIG Developments. Each team member has their own background in property, Phil in UK property market, Paul in the UK and Asia and Hilary in the UK and across many parts of the globe. The vision of the partnership is to combine their knowledge of property from finding the sites and the investment to designing and introducing operators, to creating a sustainable business.
Through their partnerships, connections, and expertise they aim to develop outstanding hotel and resort properties internationally.

Philip Charalambous
Phil has worked in Private Equity and Real Estate Development Companies. He has a great track record in the development and Planning of medium and large scale residential sites.

• Site assembly for Family office clients liaising with planning consultants and architects and banks.

Phil has over 20 years experience in the field of real estate development and investment. He has dealt with complex acquisitions and disposal of all types of real estate. Phil has successfully led high profile projects and has a proven track record in advising, delivering and completing deals. Phil enjoys working with dynamic and focused organisations and individuals to achieve outstanding results.

Hilary Lancaster
Hilary Lancaster is an award-winning interior designer with over 25 years of international experience designing for some of the world’s most high-profile clients and projects. Hilary is the CEO of Fusion Interiors Group (FIG), a global interior design studio with 9 regional offices.
